2025 Commencement Registration 

DEADLINE TO APPLY - March 1st, 2025

Students with immediate access to register for the Commencement Event Registration:
If your evaluation is complete or pending complete, you will have immediate access to submit the Commencement Event Registration module on GaelXpress 2.0 (see image below). Upon submission of this registration on GXP2.0, you have registered for commencement

Students without access to the Commencement Registration module: 
Students without immediate access will view the error "The data record did not pass the criteria specified in the rule" (see image below). Students in progress and/or those who will have up to two remaining requirements on their academic evaluation will need to fill out the Commencement Eligibility Review Petition to determine eligibility for this event. If you have any remaining requirements, even if you think it is an error, please reach out to tao@landaiztc.com for assistance. Submitting the petition does not guarantee eligibility for commencement. You will receive an email decision of your petition from the Office of the Registrar once it has been reviewed and processed.

How to apply

Log into GaelXpress 2.0, and click the Commencement Event Registration button on the home dashboard. The deadline for this application is March 1st, 2025 (Please see ‘Manual Access’ at the end of this page if you do not have access)

Please follow the guidelines below to make sure that your information is accurate on the date of commencement.

Diploma Mailing Address:

If your current address needs to be updated, please submit an address change form so your diploma and transcript documents are being mailed to the correct location.

Pronunciation Guide - How To

We will use your submission to pronounce your name(s) during the commencement ceremony.

SAMPLE: MICHELLE LORENZ

How your name sounds:

Example: Mi-SHELL for Michelle; Lor-ENS  for Lorenz. (Use caps for stresses syllables if needed)

In order to receive manual access, please submit an commencement eligibility petition for review from our office to determine your commencement eligibility and provide you access to the application if approved.

If you realize that the information you submitted is inaccurate, please resubmit/update the form prior to the deadline so we can have your most current information.
